We are committed to supporting the enhancement of an individual’s skills through certifications and training that will mutually benefit the employee and the company. Employees who have been with InnovaSystems for at least 90 days, and are in good performance standing, can submit a professional development request to take an external course, attend a conference, and/or receive a certification. Requests are reviewed and approved based on company need and budget availability.
We provide internal and external training resources to enhance your knowledge, skills, and abilities. Some of our current external resources include: AppDev, PluralSight, Safari Books, Lynda.com and LinkedIn Learning. We also offer a number of other internal working groups, lunch and learn events, and computer based training. External certifications are also encouraged and may be accompanied by certification bonuses provided by the Company.
We offer numerous leadership development courses, which include Franklin Covey, Ken Blanchard, and other internally developed courses. High-potential employees are selected for a ten-month Leadership Excellence Program, which is focused on professional development and further career growth. In addition, participants learn all aspects of our business through job shadowing, mentoring, action learning teams, and classroom training. We encourage our leaders to apply and interview for a ten-month Leadership Working Group, which is focused on leadership development and solving business problems through action learning teams, mentoring, and classroom training.
