The process begins with searching by location for a job opening that interests you.
Once you apply for a job, your qualifications and experience will be reviewed by one of our internal recruiters. If you are a possible match for the position, a recruiter will contact you to learn more about your background, and ensure that you meet the qualifications of the position.
If you meet the qualifications, and are still interested in the position, a recruiter will schedule a phone interview. This will assess your cultural fit, technical skills, knowledge, and abilities. A second phone interview may be conducted by the hiring manager to gain additional insight into your technical/functional abilities.
Interviews for all positions assess your mental intelligence: critical thinking, creativity, decision making, as well as core technical/functional skills; emotional intelligence: interpersonal skills, empathy, teamwork, conflict resolution; physical intelligence: work ethic, commitment, energy, drive; technical skills evaluated for our core software development positions include: coding, refactoring, data structure, design, etc. You will be asked to provide examples of previous situations and/or experience, as well as solve real world problems, to include technical solutions during the interview. The process for our mid-senior level positions include multiple employees from across departments and/or projects. This provides you with an opportunity to meet and hear from employees with different backgrounds, opinions, and skillsets.
We don’t just hire for technical fit, but also personal values. It is not uncommon for the hiring process to include up to four interviews with other individuals to gauge technical/functional skills, passion, excellence, trust, teamwork, empowerment, and innovation.
Your recruiter will contact you within 24 hours of the final interview to notify you of the status of your application. They will keep in close contact with you until a hiring decision is made. If you are selected for a position, you will receive an offer letter within 24-48 hours of the final decision.
