Our headquarters is located in San Diego, California near several key Navy and Marine bases. Our second largest office is located in Norfolk, Virginia near the U.S. Fleet Forces Command (COMUSFLTFORCOM). We also maintain a presence in other locations that allows us to maintain close contact with our customers. In addition, support personnel routinely travel internationally to provide onsite service to our Navy customers and we are stepping into offices in certain international locations for the purpose of customer support.
A significant amount of our work is conducted from offices that we maintain within actual military installations, providing our customers the opportunity to work closely with InnovaSystems team members as applications are developed and supported. This allows us to respond quickly to all issues as they arise, such as evolving requirements for new application development or issues related to currently deployed systems. In addition, many of our team members are former military personnel, helping to provide the functional expertise necessary to define requirements, implement appropriate solutions and maintain rapport with the military. This functional expertise, along with our close proximity, allows our development teams to better understand the business domain of our customers so that applications can meet the real needs of the end users.

InnovaSystems maintains a 24/7 help desk to meet customer needs and address emergent priorities at most of our fleet concentration areas. Most emergencies are resolved within 24 hours.
