InnovaSystems International continues to gain momentum as a leading provider of information solutions as more and more successful projects are developed and deployed by our talented and highly skilled teams. Some of our projects have been with us since the company’s inception and have grown as we have. Others have been introduced along the way, providing us with new opportunities to demonstrate our expertise and extend our base of satisfied customers. Often, a project starts out as a small proof of concept and grows to become a significant system with many users and high impact. We are currently charged with the development and life-cycle management of several high profile systems for the U.S. Department of Defense. We are proud of the contributions that we are making to the security of our nation as we help make defense work more efficient and effective. The following is a list of select projects that are currently being developed by InnovaSystems International.

ADW
The Aviation Data Warehouse (ADW) is a web-based, decision support system serving the US Naval aviation communities. ADW provides data for analysis and reporting, from high level aggregations, to granular views of contributing events, personnel and equipment. The current focus of the ADW is automation of the reporting workload regularly performed by fleet enlisted and officers. ADW also supports and integrates with the Navy’s analysis of present readiness metrics and measuring methodologies. Other key areas of support include training readiness reporting, IDTC flight hour execution, the overall improvement of aviation metric standardization and data quality, and task and mission executions in relation to Flight Hour Program funding. ADW serves other customers such as NAVAIR and the Center for Naval Analysis in their independent research.
AMSRR
Aviation Maintenance Supply Readiness Reporting (AMSRR) is an aeronautical equipment reporting program providing near real time material condition data, supply and maintenance action information and reports, and equipment historical trend analysis support for units, both ashore and afloat, reporting via the program to Department of Defense customers.
CV-SHARP
CV-SHARP is a program used by the U.S. Aircraft Carrier fleet to record, calculate, and report training readiness for the surface force personnel. The program is based on a matrix which awards points to the individual based on training exercises completed when teams stand watch aboard the ship. This concept makes CV-SHARP unique and progressive as traditional training readiness systems relate training to the unit as a whole, which prevents readiness degradation due to loss of key personnel from being identified. CV-SHARP's progressive model also aligns with modern Capability-Based reporting requirements.
DRRS
POC: Dan Juaire
The Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) is designed to capture detail readiness data from combatants and support commands to assess DoD current and projected warfare mission capability. The DRRS initiative is based on the mission essential task construct and readiness metrics that indicate a Commands ability to execute the broader Mission Area or Mission. It requires that readiness measures for equipment, supply, personnel and training be integrated with the mission essential tasks associated with each Command level and a technical architecture be supported that enables data exchange, near real time, between all Services and Agencies. The DRRS initiative will be a dynamic, ongoing evolutionary development aimed at providing the Services, Agencies, Force Providers, JTF Commanders, COCOMs, JCS and OSD the highest level of readiness reporting, collection, display and analysis for readiness assessment and planning.
DRRS-N
POC: Robert Cooke
The Defense Readiness Reporting System – Navy (DRRS-N) is a near real-time web-based tool used to assist Navy Commanders in performing readiness assessments and decision support for Mission Essential Task capability-based readiness reporting. The DRRS-N provides the unique ability to ascertain and report to the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) the readiness level of any Navy unit, so that critical decisions can be made to deploy units in a timely manner based on accurate, up-to-date information. Missions and Navy Mission Essential Tasks (NMETS) are evaluated based on a unit’s ability to satisfy those missions and perform tasks according to specified standards, conditions, and thresholds. Specialized status views give Navy Commanders access to up-to-date information regarding all resources within their command pertaining to personnel, equipment, supply, training, ordnance, and chemical/biological defense -- and the impact those resources will have on the unit’s mission capabilities. Using DRRS-N in conjunction with the Innovative Readiness Reporting Initiative (IRRI), Navy Commanders can share attributes regarding their own unit’s assessments with other Navy units, both afloat and ashore. The DRRS-N reporting capability provides both unit commanders and the highest ranking Navy officials with the best information available for both normal planning and crisis management.
GFM-ORG
POC: Robert Cooke
Global Forces Management (GFM) - ORG: A segment of GFM that will be the authoritative source for all organizational data for all US Armed Services.
IRRI
POC: Robert Cooke
The Innovative Readiness Reporting Initiative (IRRI) suite is a web-enabled version of the same message processing tools provided in TRMS Afloat 5.x plus NEURS and OPREP. The goal is to make the unit level messaging tools NMCI and TFW compliant.
M-SHARP
M-SHARP is a web-based system designed to provide automated scheduling, training management, operational risk management, and readiness reporting functions for over 100 units in Marine Corps Aviation. Real-time readiness calculations assist operations departments and unit commanders in maximizing the overall training and readiness value gained from each training event while M-SHARP's robust schedule validation tool helps enforce policy from a variety of sources to help identify potential hazards prior to execution.
NRRM
The Navy Reserve Readiness Module is a web-based decision support system designed to provide an effective and efficient capability to view integrated Navy Reserve personnel readiness information from a force roll-up to the lowest deployable unit, the individual sailor. NRRM also allows Total Force leadership the visibility into Reserve Component personnel readiness contributions to their Active Component support commands.
NTIMS
POC: Erik Olson
The Navy Training Information Management System (NTIMS) is a custom-built web application that enables the Navy to organize the training activities for all ships and units in the fleet. Since training is such a vital part of the Navy’s day-to-day activities, they require a mission critical application to identify and organize all the resources required to train and prepare for their mission.

The challenge with NTIMS is to build an enterprise application that decouples the ASP.NET presentation from the complex object-oriented relationships in the business layer. NTIMS’ business layer is built upon an extensible and cohesive framework that seamlessly provides object persistence to SQL Server, Web Services and other data stores.
SHARP
SHARP is a transactional Web based application used by the Navy's ashore and afloat fleet aviation units. SHARP has three major functions: It enables logging all post flight information related to aircrew readiness and log books; captures resource expenditures related to the flight event; it contains multiple functions that enhance data flow within a squadron and detachment such as flight scheduling, and report generation. Unique modules are available to determine aircrew readiness for reporting to NAVY SORTS.
TRMS
POC: Robert Cooke
TYCOM Readiness Management System (TRMS) Ashore is a world-view web-enabled readiness management system providing adhoc data views, graphs and reports for AMMO, Schedule, SORTS, CASREP, ISIS, TRAREP and Personnel. TRMS provides data integration services for each of the data types above.
WSR
The WSR 4.0 software application is a web based Weapon Station Readiness and analysis tool designed for the managing, analysis and reporting of Naval Weapon Stations Ammunitions inventory. WSR 4.0 allows the user to view fleet weapon stations readiness indicators at many levels of detail pertaining to the following: Ammo Load Plan Readiness for each weapon station and attached units, Afloat/On Station Requirements and status, Training/NCEA status, Maintenance of Ammo, DMIL of Ammo, Equipment on station, Facilities status, and Personnel status (Future Requirement).
